what if we got rid of the dimples all together?

BTW I like the bumper... w\out side vents.

 

the one without the side vents. (not dimples) is exactly the same as a carrera GT bumper. now why would you want to go and do that, if you wanted it to look like that, get the Kuruma Z and make the side opennings bigger.
