drivers door wont unlock

is it common for the lock motor to go? i know the window motors go all the time but recently i try unlocking it with my key fob and nothing......

Sometimes it might not be the motor. Do you hear any sound when you try unlocking when you are close to the door?

yeah i hear a noise but its real fieghnt and it will work some of the tims and it locks every time just wont unlock :/

lol i have the same problem..mine will unlock somtimes but wont lock..it has to be the doorlock motor or something..it tries to lock but cant...

very common. both my locks on our 03 g dont work if the temp is 90 degrees or more. this is the reason i wont do the keyhole delete mod. yet our 04 and 07 have no door lock issues.

Im having the same problem on my 05 coupe with the passenger door. The lock sometimes works and sometimes doesn't but it still tries to move just doesn't quite make it...think its a door lock going bad?
