Should I get rid of brake light?

If I install the data systems spoiler, would it look wierd with the top brake light. I'm guessing most people just leave it there. It'll be great if someone could post some pics.

I took mine out and it leaves like 4 or 5 big rectangular holes in the back deck shelf. Infiniti wants over $300 for that shelf with no brake light holes in it.

This is what I did, disconnected the light and retinted the rear to 18%

I don't have a 3rd light on the spoiler. Isn't it a requirement to have 3 brake lights?

It may be a law in most (if not all) states...
