Painting my spoiler.

Hello

I have a custom spoiler that i bought from SxExCx and i want to paint it black. How much would that cost? and anyone kno a good place where i might be able to get it for cheap around southbay/palos verdes area?

Im painting my OEM wheels black and my OEM grill black so it should look okay.
