I still can't find a good tint shop that will do the windsheild. I saw a Z with 40% on the windsheild and it looked great. Its hard to tell the windsheild is tinted unless you look at the reg/inspection sticker then you can see it is darker.

I know people on here have tinted windsheild, what do you do?

I do not recommend going darker than 50%. If your concerned about the registration sticker there are 2 ways to take care of that. First you can do the whole windshield and tape in on after with double sided tape but an onlooker may be able to tell its tinted since the tint is covering the sticker. The other option is to cut a hole in the tint to fit the sticker size exactly. This way the sticker is clearly visible. Either way you have be careful when removing the stickers.

I have 5% sides and rear, with 52% on the windshield.
Previously had double 5% sides and rear, with 20% on the windshield. That tint was on my accord.
Just be careful with whatever tint you have, which also depends on where you live

Finally got this done, I did 35% on the G37, and 50% on my caddy. Its SOOOOO much better with the windsheild tinted. The G37 is a little hard to see out on dark streets, but the caddy you cant even tell its tinted.
you have to have the tint man make a little square so that the tinit can show clear.
If it looks tinted you will get constatnt tickets if you are parked and a cop passes by or a meter maid sees you registration dark

Lol that is nothing. I have 35% on windshield with 5% on rear windshield, and 2 layers of 5% on the 4 side windows. Never been pulled over or even looked at twice by the cops. I know ill probably get a ticket sooner or later...but i really don't give a F***, I'll pay it and be on my way.

5% all the way!
How the fu(k do you guys see at night? I dont get the whole windshield tinting phenom... someone explain to me.... I can see tinting back and side windows but not the windshield. Ive had dark tint on past vehicles and it becomes a nuisance after a while, especially at night.
