i've used it before. you can get it at autobacs. It is real carbon fiber , plus it is is plain weave rather than the twill that most US companies are using which is a real plus for me. As far as the uv protection, my friend had this on the top of his trunk (to cover wing holes) for about a year and it didn't fade forn UV damage. usually when i see cases of " UV Damage" it is on hoods or trunks that were poorly laminated. looking at the product closer that it was probably pre preg carbon and very well made. they are available if different thicknesses and finishes. the only wn side is that is it is somewhat expensive for what it is.

It is dragonplate.com. I have emailed them and it is 100% cf. You can order twill weave as well. It has no UV but my car has limo tint so I am not too worried about interior. I am going to do the door handles first to see how I like it. The 6" x 12" is only 28 bucks.

If you are really worried about UV protection. You can always get the 3M clear film that has UV protection.

I ment I dont want anything to mimic the look of cf. The stuff I posted is actually cf. Just a very thin layer.

Check out their site. That is the only thing they do is carbon fiber. Some pretty amazing stuff actually. Dragonplate.com

They even have big sheets big enough to wrap your whole car
