As i have said in my earlyer posts, i can not get my car registrated here in Norway because of the red indicators in the taillights, it needs to have amber/orange. I found this picture of a Latvian car, and in his text it says that he have fixed his taillights to meet the European standard, so thats why i ask if the plastic cover has a red film, or is painted red, if its a red plastic film, i may want to cut out, to do as this Latvian guy has done, just to get my car registrated.

Got closeup pics of the Latvian Tails today, and as i understod the outer glas is cut, and replaced with clear, and the bulb changed to amber, looks like a professional job.

the lenses are actually red..if there was a film i would remove it..these would look really good with a clear lense

If you are talking about the turn signals, you could just buy the 06+ JDM taillights right? The turn signal in them is amber, I thought? Check the marketplace

OP what year was the tail light you ruined? 06+? Im looking for a donor light if you have it still....

 

Just ordered my JDM tails from Rick at Riverside Infiniti this AM, already received the tracking numbers. S/B installed Monday if UPS gets off their azz.... They have 1 set left if you're interested.
