Good Foglight recommendations (OEM or Aftermarket)

I'm planning on adding fog lights to the lower grills on my '06 sedan. Just looking for input on what aftermarket or oem fog lights provide great light output and look good. It's also important that the positive and negative wires be easy to access, meaning no special plugs. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Someone put tl fog lights on their sedan. They put them in the grille, on the outer most part, using the tl housing.

Edit: look here for a couple of ideas: https://g35driver.com/forums/lightin...light-kit.html

Yeah, I remember seeing that. I tried searching for those lights but didn't find anything. I'll PM him.

Thanks for the links, those are actually very helpful.

I've come across a few myself, but I need to figure out about the wiring, whether they require a plug from that specific vehicle or the wires are exposed, like with aftermarket fogs.

The only problem with some of the above it says OEM style and I don't want to end up getting some cheap crap.

I just looked at the PIAA 998 that one of the guys used in the 1st link and wow, 400 buck! I'll have to pass on those

*EDIT: Saw these....quite interesting. I'm wondering how they would be. http://cgi.ebay.com/2-LED-Fog-Lights-for-E-class-W140-W211-W210-E320-E430_W0QQitemZ350067317111QQihZ022QQcategoryZ58019QQssPageNameZWD1VQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1638Q2em118Q2el1247
Not going to get them but theyre interesting

Nice find. I'll keep those in mind as well. Housing doesn't need to be perfect. I can always fiberglass them in place and fill up any gaps and whatnot.

That is why I was showing one with a housing. You can always dremel it to fit or fiberglass it in. I would steer more towards one that already has a housing then build one on your own from scratch. I am surprised no aftermarket companies have jumped on this obvious market. If someone designed one for the sedan and coupe, for under $150, they would sell like crazy.

I'll probably go with the ones you showed before. Kinda don't like the ones you just posted. On the Lexus they look nice though.

I read about them, they are not fog lights, just running lights.

Bah...lol. I still got time. Might go to a junkyard and see if I can find some Euro cars with some nice fogs and maybe use those.
