I think it can be done. Everyone thinks front end conversions are expensive (everyone saying trade your car in for a G37 if you want the nose). They really aren't. I mean I have had my fair share of front end conversoins done (2000 Civic SI nose on my 97 Civic, Type R Conversion on my GSR and we did my cousins Jetta Nose on the GTI.) It's just a matter of finding a good shop that knows what there doing. I'd say go for it if thats what you want.

the front is the worst part about that car, looks like a lexus. The rear end looks great especially at night, those rear taillights light up very nice.

Hey mate, its GoldV35 from Australia. I am researching this exact type of conversion and so far have found a few things out you might be interested in.
1 - Where the leading edge of the front doors line up with the front fenders, the lines are different so requires some body work there.
2 - Also where the A-pillar meets the front fender is at a different angle.
The underlying chassis is basically the same, but I assume there would be slight differences to mounting hole locations and obviously headlights etc.
I think if you bring the radiator support structure from the g37 over, it would allow you to mount the front bar and headlights. After that, a little bit of bodywork to make the fenders fit. Would need to measure the bonnet width between the two models aswell, the bonnet mounts look very similar so hopefully it will fit right in. I'm sure theres a bunch of other things to consider, but I think those are the main things.
Anyway, let me know how you go with the fender and headlight, cheers
