alright here it is went to the dealer yesterday and bought the black plaic cover that takes the place of the liscense plate its a NON-aero package front bumper i made sure the guy checked everything to make sure it was the right one for the car it deff looks like it will fit but i went outside this morning and im having issues figuring out how it goes on any suggestions

 

Are you talking about the tow hook cover? The pc that covers the opening for your tow hook.
If so, it should simply go right in, there are tabs on the sides that will clip on the inside of the bumper opening. There is also a small tab on the top to hold it as well. with the tiny slot on the bottom.
