Help Installing INGs Spoiler

How do I get the 04 oem spoiler off? I only found 3 bolts under the trunk. And how should I install the new spoiler? Its authentic and fiberglass.

Is this the best type of tape to use?

Those will work perfectly fine, thats what I used when I had my CF ings spoiler; however, you'll see a very small gap between the spoiler and the trunk due to the thick of the trunk.
