De-badging...

De-badging...

I'm sure many of you have de-badged your G... is it ok to use oopps or go-gone to remove any glue residue on the paint?

most people use googone, i used wd40 (have on all my cars). either works fine (wd40 works better, IMO).

thanks... I just read the other tread on debadging... I like the look but will leave the logo and remove the lettering only

That's the way to go...the lettering ruins the car IMO. Anyway, I would use fishing wire to get the letters off, a hairdryer cause you need plenty of heat and use plenty of goo-gone. When just the adhesive is left, you need some elbow grease GL

+2 i did the same but i just took off the G35 when im bored ill probaly take off the INFINITI
