it was probably repainted and done very cheaply. Painted over without prep work or even primer.

is there a way that i can fix it, or at least cover it up without replacing it or going to a paint shop immediately?

you have to repaint the bumper.

youd have to strip the paint, prep and primer it. Buying another bumper would be no different unless its in real good condition.

woooooooooooord! good looking out fellas(or ladies). I almost forgot, another problem i have is when i drive for more than 30 mins my tire sensor comes on even though my tires are at the max psi. besides detaching the battery and reseting the system or buying another sensor is there something else i can do?

try running the tires at 35psi, the manual says 35psi is recommended. if you've got them at the max maybe when the tires heat up it increases the pressure somehow. either that ore maybe one of your sensors is bad. i may be totally wrong, so someone correct me if i am.
