wassup all. i just want some opinions on what you guys think i should do with my stock-looking exterior DG g35. for now, im just concentrating on cosmetics. my plans are:

TS CF hood
K2 Front
k1 Rear
Impulse Sides
black out GTR style tails
Gila Grill
Volk CE38's in Gold
Matte black roof
projectors w/ painted black housing

another setup i was thinkin about doing is:

JS Cf Hood
Inven front
k1 rear
ings sides
TE37's

what do you guys think? im pretty sure this is a common setup though. what would you guys recomend? thanks for your opinions.

these arent my only set options. you can recommend anything, diff kit, rims, etc. i just want to make the best out of my DG.

 

ok so im about to get some rims from wheel dude. which do you guys think would be good:







i know them wheel arent authentic works/volks or whatever but im not ready to spend over 2k on a set of wheels. im good with these, so its ok if u hate on my fake wheels

also for my headlights, these are my options to be done, what combination you think i should do? was thinking black with purple stripe

i doubt purple would look good but photoshop it to see for yourself.

and why matte roof? glossy would look better imo.

 

glossy looks nice, but i like the matte effect. and plus, my dg paint is old lol its not that shiny anymore so i think it would look weird to have a glossy roof on a non glossy car. was gonna do matte grill and matte black housing

 

lol. do you have the sunroof? the matte black wouldnt match up to the glass.

since its a DG i would stick more towards the black wheels. gold doesnt really match DG imo.

thats why this thread is here! at first it did look weird, but then i saw some DG's with gold rims, and it looked pretty sick. but im open to all options. not buying them till next month so i have time to choose!

 

i would do gunmetal wheels, even black but not gold, especially since you're doing black roof, grille, headlights and tint on the tail lights, the gold would clash with your theme

 

true! i guess when i was feening for the gold rims, i didnt think about anything else. i might just do the hyper black rotas. now what color side strip..or should i leave it for the light

I disagree. I have a DG with a black roof and I've had both gold and gunmetal wheels. Love the way both look.















But hey, different strokes for different folks.

sick car c, i was following your car from the dg thread, thats how i fell in love with gold with dg
i think im going to go with a lavender purple strip on black housings and black grill, and paint the frotn emblem the same purple. i still want gold wheels, but im not sure how theyll flow with the purple...photoshop anybody??
