Well, I have that annoying lower door strip ripping on my gf's 04 coupe. I have received the replacement strips in the mail, but they didn't have any instructions on how to install them.

I've searched around for any threads on how to install them, but have had no luck finding any DIY threads.

Has anyone installed these before? I would've taken this to the dealer but the warranty ran out last year, and they want $3-400 for this (not worth it in my book). Any help would be appreciated it.
