Are there any fiberglass front bumpers out there that are just bolt-ons for around $450 or less?

so you bolted that right on no problem? using all the stock clips...

 

my new bumper did not have drilled holes

 

I actually had an authentic Top Secret CF front bumper.. Had all holes pre-drilled and everything bolted right up perfectly.

 

Go to the marketplace and you should be able to find a vendor or fellow forum member selling a fiberglass bumper.
I wouldn't just get a bumper anywhere.. they don't always fit well. You get what you pay for sometimes
