Looks like paint to me. If u like it get it. I dont think it looks bad but I wouldnt do it

If I was going to do it, I would have cut outs for all the small LED's. But the problem is I still don't know how they did it...If its paint, my guess would be to take off the lights, make cut outs, and paint it. But I saw pictures of some guy doing that and his lights came out grainy looking, not nearly as glossy as the orange cars lights...

EDIT: However, What I do like better on the silver car is the "donut" lights...

Know any vinyl places in Jersey? I would wanna just get a sticker with cut-outs, seems easiest...

I searched the regionals and I found places that can install vinyl overlays...but nothing about where to get a custom cut-out/color...

You mentioned that they mimic bluebats stuff? So can bluebat get me the overlay with the cut-outs? Maybe I should e-mail him...w/e, no rush. Im not getting these untill after I get my JDM tail lights..

EDIT: Nice car btw.
