Removing interior rear panels

Ok, I've tried to remove them myself, which moved the car on its' springs. I've searched on the web, including this forum. I've looked in the near useless technical manual. How does the rear interior panels (the ones that cover the area just below the side rear windows and above the seats, covers the rear speakers) come out? Up and forward? Forward and up? Pull straight out towards the center and hope you don't break anything? What??? There has to be a trick. Let me know what you have found to do this.

The reason is I'm tired of the hearing the bloody wheel noise on the roads. I've done everything I can to make sure the wheels are aligned, inflated, etc. to no avail. So now I'm soundproofing everything.
