I don't have any before pics, and I already put pictures up... I put a few more and added it to my first post.

P.S. They discontinued the Clarion model listed, so it's too late to buy from Crutchfield. You'll have to pay more for the newer model. But Crutchfield has great customer service, highly recommended.

You can always go with a decent single-din to go with the Metra. Probably even have better features than the cheapest double dins around.

Did you hook up the lead for switching on the FM signal booster? May be the source of your reception issue.

Yeah I hooked it up, the reception isn't terrible, it's usually pretty good and then I'd get some static here and there. It's just compared to the factory radio where I would get no static whatsoever that it's noticeable. But I guess I'll just listen to the radio less lol

The sound is actually really good (minus the radio as I mentioned). I'm not a huge audiophile though so I'm probably less picky than some. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it, it has some issues like I mentioned before, but not a deal breaker.

do you have to get rid of factory nav to use the metra kit? That doesnt sound like a good thing. I want to start doing some stereo work but I think that would stop me right there

With some work, you can probably get them to work together, so bust out your dremel and camera, so others can learn and improve from what you had to do!

I just bought a 07 couple 6mt and I think this is the unit I'm going to go with. Something nice but still affordable. Heard the metra kit was cheap looking in the 07's so I'll go w/ the JDM and get some of the components to bypass the video and use the ipod, thanks for all the info.
