wants to paint EMBLEMS..

I was wondering if there is a DIY on how to paint emblems...ive had skyline and 350GT emblems for like a year now and i want to paint them to match my gold rims...i had caskyline do my INFINITI badges the 1st time but that guy is super busy lol...anyone else know anyone in SOCAL that does a great job painting and installing emblems or is there a DIY video anywhere???

also need my ionic grill painted DG...

Quote from a shop was $75 for both the DG paint and Gold paint plus labor...((never!!!)) its just two small pieces...

the badges should be cake!
The grille on the other hand, no home job can take care of this task. not that I know of...
75 bucks sounds good to me though, to paint both, 75 bucks for the grille and free gold for the emblems..

emblems: sand, clean, primer, gold paint, clear, and dry.

Dude, buy 400 grit sandpaper, wet sand it

spray paint it gold or whatever you want (wal mart: $2-$3)
make sure you paint in strokes and let your coats dry before you put more on

gloss it (if you want) also at walmart (same price)

buy some double sided tape if you fvcked up the back. done.
Shouldn't spend any more than $10. Maybe $15 tops if my prices are mistaken

painting emblems is so easy, sand it down with 600 grit don't even have to clean after sanding, add primer then paint then clear, done

"Walmart" and "spraypaint" are definitely 2 things to avoid when modifying any vehicle!
