the top nut and bushing popped of my strut so im seeing if theres a way to get into the rear quartpanel to get it so that i dont hear clunking over every bump.

any suggestions

 

What do you mean the top nut and bushing popped off your strut? Do you mean that one of the bolts at the top of the rear struts is loose? If it is actually the bolt that is loose and not just the nut that is accessible from the rear wheel well then there is no access point for that without cutting.
