I thought SilviaParts did their own painting????
That is still a long way!
Oh well.....anticipation.
They are being shipped with international speed post, meaning that they will arrive within 3-5 days, and they even deliver on Sunday with international speed post.

Yes, we did our own painting in Hong Kong. The grills are coming here on a plane as we speak, shouldn't be a long wait at all.

Well....It is definately not up to my standards.
The grill frame itself looks really nice and fits perfect.
But I think they rushed painting the mesh screen. I can see some spots where the silver shows thru at certain angles. (looks like a $5.00 paint job....oh wait...it was.....)
I'll probably just pull it out and re-do it myself.....unless I can talk SilviaParts into sending me a new one that is painted better.(Hint....Hint...)

Bummer..... I hope it is painted flat? Should be fairly easy to correct. Not what I wanted to have to do though.

does it come in two separate pieces so that it can be touched up if necessary before putting it on the car? or at least would it be easy to disassemble? I'd like it a whole lot better if I just didn't have to mess with it at all

Yes, it comes in two separate pieces and you can remove the mesh in seconds.

Yes, we are still taking orders. We only take Paypa or money order for payment and you cannot pick the grill up because it's being shipped directly from Asia (international speed post, 3-5 days). Please email us at sales@silviaparts.com if you are interested in ordering.

Mine showed today. Paint is perfect on mine. I was trippin out a little about the fitment until I wised up and shut the hood. It fits perfectly! It's dark and damn cold for Jacksonville so the time spent installing is all I am into for now. My next day off is Weds. so I will take some pics and post them.

Overall, extremely satisfied. Thanks Francisco!

Glad to hear that you are happy with the grill.

We are still looking for more pictures of the grill installed to use on our website, when you have the pictures, and if you don't mind letting us use them on our website, please email them to us at sales@silviaparts.com.

Thank you.

Francisco

We will have to look into that later on, because the sedan grill seems fairly hard to make without having the actual car with us. Unless we can find a grill from another company or have the actual car in Hong Kong to design it, we wouldn't be able to make the grill for the sedan yet. Sorry.

I orderd mine back on the 7th, and I have yet to recieve my grille.
Thats 14 days. 3 - 5 day delivery time what happened? My tracking # hasnt updated since it says it was shipped. Im getting a little unpatirent. I know customs cant take more than 2 days.. if it was coming from Hong Kong... I see other people got theres, and I was one of the first people to buy one.
