i got the lip on friday and just finished installing it. the fit is great took about 20 mins to install. there is no drilling into the bumper needed at all. ill try to post some pics. i cant wait until i paint it.

 

i think i'm going to get it painted in a couple of weeks when i can get another car to drive since i'm going to repaint my front bumper at the same time to get rip of some rock chips... ill post pics of the lip unpainted and installed tomorrow.

so, is the oem front lip spoiler urethane as well or is it fiberglass?

 

the oem front lip is urethane but you need to drill holes into the face of the bumper to mount it. i have also heard it can take a couple of hours to install because of the removal of the front bumper and aligning the template...

 

wicked, were there any problems with the fitment?

from the pics it looks dead on fit-wise, but i just wanted to make sure

also what is their price currently? i've seen other places with a replica Data System lip for like $280 but Extreme Dimensions seems to carry quality stuff (i think)

 

also, if there is no drilling required.... how does it secure to the bumper?

 

no, no problems with fitment at all. it took me and my 5yr old about 15 mins to install the lip.

i dont know what they are going to sell the lip for but i think 350zfourms.org has it for sale pretty cheap also. for sure it is cheaper than the fiberglass version...

 

as far as installation, there are 2 factory bolts that are already under your bumper. all you do is unbolt those 2 bolts and then bolt them back on to secure the lip.there is also preinstalled 3m tape on the lip to secure it to the face of the bumper.
