What to use for removing sticky stuff after debadge?

I want to debadge my car this weekend. I've seen videos where floss works pretty good to take the letters off but what is best for removing the gunk? I used some turtle wax scratch remover on a different part of my car and it put swirl marks in it... I want the best solution.

Get some fine fishing line and Turtle Wax Bug & Tar Remover. Spray the emblems with the stuff and slice the emblems off. Spray all the glue and remove with MB towel. Repeat as needed.

I removed the Infiniti emblem and Goo-Gone didn't help at all...takes way too long. The Turtle Wax stuff works well!

Heating it up with a hair dryer with the above products will speed up the process too

everything
The letters and Mt Fuji have small indentions on the bottom for a very small flathead screwdriver.... About the easiest way to get them off, just pry them off. When I took mine off I just rolled the adhesive off with my thumb, instead of making a huge gooey mess with Goo Gone. After I had almost all the adhesive off I then used Goo Gone to remove the rest, which was barely any.

I feel sorry for you guys who do it the hard way

You got swirl marks becuz all youre doing is grinding dirt and sh*t into the clearcoat. Claybar the trunk before buffing, polishing, or waxing. The rear of these cars are dust magnets becuz there is no air circulation back there.
