Front Driver seat rocks and knocking noise

My front driver seat makes a knocking noise. It rocks a bit but it's not very noticeable other than the knocking noise. I figure that something needs to be tightened... but I can't find any bolts to tighten. Any ideas?

I think it's a common issue, I had my seat rails replaced when I was under warranty cause it was doing the same thing...there might be a TSB on it

That's perfect... I'll try that this weekend. I assumed it might be a common issue. Either that or the guy that owned the car before me was a big guy.
