I have seen two different bumpers on 03-04 Sedans and I am wondering what the difference is and how I would order one:

-- This is the one im looking to get

 

The first one is the standard bumper.
The 2nd one is a factory body kit often called the "Nismo Areo" kit.

Unfortunately, Nissan no longer makes the Nismo bumper

Your only options now are fiberglass replicas.

One is made by Vis and looks very similar to the OEM bumper
The other is made by HikkataDori, and is a revised version of the Nismo with the license plate area smoothed out (that's the one I have)

 

^ Doesn't the one from VIS only fit 05-06?

Also (OP), if you do some searching around the marketplace (on this forum), Ebay and other internet sites, you might luck up on a used or refurbished Nismo Aero Bumper. Depends on if you want fiberglass (HikkataDori) or Polyurethane (factory Nismo). Think there are a few on Ebay right now. But, hope you got deep pockets, cause they aren't giving them away!

The Vis only fits 03/04. HikkataDori has fitment for either, though you need to specify if you have the 03/04 or 05/06.
Doesn't really matter for the OP though as he has an 04. The OEM, Vis or HD will all fit.
