What kind of paint do you guys use to paint your grill?

^You're either not informed or not used to seeing spray paint done right.
My grill has gathered plenty of complements and a few people asked where I had it done.
If you do proper prep work, take your time and do it right, rattle can matte black can look just as good as professional matte black.

I've worked in a shop and seen a lot of cars come in with poor paint work... and you know what, they were done by a shop, in a booth. I can get better results with rattlecans in a cardboard spray booth than 80% of the pro shops can.
Get off your high horse and realize that only people who can't, don't and Only people who don't... still think they drive a $150,000 "luxury" car.

I painted my valence and grill with dupli-color and people think the car came like that stock...lol. it's not the paint, it's the painter

What's funny is that Blain's posts normally sound what goes through my head when I read something... I just reel it in a bit before posting. But yeah... that's what I was thinking.

and i disagree.. spray paint can look nice and even noobies can make a half decent job.

It was just engine enamel from lowes not sure what brand I'll look in my garage when I get a chance I have about 50 cans of paint of all colors and types i have collected.. I painted my grill about a year or year and a half ago...
