Excellent. I'm in to see your final price as soon as these are completed.

I don't want to commit to buying one yet without knowing the actual price and I don't want to give you my word that I'll buy and then have to back out.

Looking forward to updates. Appreciate the speedy reply.

Lol I'm working as fast as I can being that I work full time and am finishing my degree this semester. I want to start selling these right now but I have got to make sure the design is liked by everyone. At this moment I have one aluminum and one titanium **** completed and they work great! I can see that most of you want that burned finish on the ti ***** and I am doing my best to figure that out. Also, I'm going to try to modify the design a little bit to make the ball more pronounced for those of you who requested that. I think I will make about 30 ***** of each alum and ti to start with and see where it goes from there.

I know nothing about titanium or how to get the burnt look, but is it not just a case of using an oxy torch or something?

Also are most people wanting the gearknob just plain or with a milled infiniti logo in the top?

I am going to try the torch method to see how it turns out, but I also found another method that may work better. There aren't too many people who want engraving on it. I will be testing the burned look this week.

Also, regarding the burnt titanium look. It is my understanding that if you use a torch to discolor the metal it can be removed by scotch brite or polishing. If I were to anodize the color into the metal then it will be more permanent.

Probably more expensive though, but definitely better than the torch method if its easily scuffed off.

Wow I love all of the interest in this product. I've got a little bit of news I wanted to share with all of you. Unfortunately I don't think I will be able to engrave the mt. Fuji emblem for those of you that want them due to copyright infringement liabilities. Sorry to disappoint those of you who wanted that, but i just don't want it to come back and bite me in the butt. I can engraved anything else so long as it isn't a copyrighted logo. Thanks again everyone for all the interest. I will have final pricing very soon and hope to have ***** available in the next couple weeks.
