I Saw This Car @ SEMA. What lip is this!?!?!

Oh by the way, does the clearance change with this lip or no? i heard other lips like the data systems, do not change the clearance.

This pic is before lower, just lower mine and there are 3 inches (groung clearance) now, I scrap everywhere...need to raise the car up a bit.
