replacing the fog bulbs with sylvanias
so im going to replace the stock non HID fog bulbs with the Silverstar Sylvanias but i cant seem to get my hand down inside to remove the bilb. anyone know how to get to them? do i need to remove the deadlamp? etc etc. any info is appreciated. BTW i also oredered a set of the 6000K for the HID headlights to go along with them. i hope the match is a good one. anyone else do this? RX

come to think about it, i also need to know how to remove the HID bulbs too. i think i will need to remove the whole case from the looks of it. please email soon as i am just sitting here waiting for answers thanks RX

It helps to remove the front wheel when changing the bulbs
as well. That allows you to pull back the plastic fender cover
all the way so you can see clearly what you're working with.

I had the Silver Stars and I didn't hate them. They are actually a really great value. They were a pretty close match to the Xenon and the high beams were exceptionally good.

But at $40.00~$30.00 with a discount, they are expensive, well made but expensive.
I'm using MTEC 4600K (some like) nice color close to HID with a little more blue, and they where 16.00 a pair! Light output is really close to that stock.
