Gauge cluster help

This morning i started my car and my gauge cluster was not working. The seatbelt light still flashes but the speed, turn signals, or the background lights stopped working. None of the gauges work so idk how fast im going or how much gas i have left, etc. My nav, radio, air unit, still all work.

here is a pic

Did anyone have this issue before?
What should i do? take it to the dealer?

A good place to begin would be your fuses. If you can't find the cause of your blackout don't go to Infiniti, instead try Nissan. My they're better trained and charge 30% less than our stealerships!
