BODY SHOP TROUBLE! Painters HELP!!

Ok so my body shop has had my nismo bumper to repaint it from where the paint lifted the first time they painted it.

Now they are saying the paint won't stick to the bumper and it keeps lifting in the shop any advice from anyone on what they are doing wrong??

^ agreed, take it somewhere else. if they can't figure out how to make paint stick, they're not very good at what they're doing. proper prep and adhesion promoter should be the answer to that question
