I just noticed a couple of things on my car. First, there's a piece hanging. It's on the bottom front edge of the right rear wheel well. Upon closer inspection, I saw that there is a screw type thing that snaps the piece into place. The thing is broken, so it won't snap. I guess a trip to Infiniti will have that fixed? And I also noticed what looks like a DIY spackle job on the undercarriage. I don't know if it's supposed to be like that or not. It's on both the left and right side of the car in the same section, maybe a foot or so in front of the rear tires.

whatever it was, i showed it to the dealership and they replaced it for me

 

It's called a tire spat, IIRC.
