You will likely need a flashlight to see.
It has a plastic square head.
Use a slot (flat) screw driver & turn about 45 deg & pull at the same time to release.
To reasemble, take the clip off the car & preassemble to the grill, then just push grill into place
hmmmm......thanks......i saw those two little clips, i tried using a really skinny smally flat head and turn it......all it did was cut up the screw a little.......is a slot screwdriver the same thing? thanks
yea i saw that~ i broke 2 off by accident. its so cold here in philadelphia i guess they froze -.- hopefully ill get it on tomorrow and be able to post some pictures. thanks dh corcks.

I think there was 3 or 4 of them tabs. Yup, you gotta get to all of them to release the bottom edge of the grill. Work your way from one side to the other, that's the easiest way I found out. If you look in my Yahoo album under "G35 Laser Jammer" folder you can see the tabs.

chinkstylzz, you need to stick a thin headed slotted (flat head) screwdriver into the front of the grill and turn the locking keys, I think about a quarter turn is enough. It looks like a plastic screw but it actually is a square shaped key that locks into the body. it's hard to turn, I would suggest applying a little bit of pressure as you try to turn it so it grabs the slot. At the same time try pulling the grill forward slightly so the key pops out. The pics are at http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/cyohi/.../ph//my_photos
the pics are not specifically of the grill mounting points, but it should give you an idea of how it looks.
