A way to avoid 20 PM's is to have a thread started and explain to the masses once that if they sit tight everything will be handled 11/7 and shipping will resume.

I think we all know how said company handles public criticism of any type though. Which is what my above post was implying.
public criticism? i have no problem with any of it. Its when you get the people who chime in about the company based off hearsay or not following directions on installing parts that raise an issue

thank you for advice, have a great close to the weekend.

i will be back on a laptop tomorrow morning and all of my pm's from the week will be answered. Also any updates/concerns/orders will be filled/followed up with as usual. Thank you all for your patience/concern at this time.

thats really funny.. we actually pride ourselves on customer service and replying asap. We posted in all our threads we would be out of the office until monday & also in our email messages.

Thank you for your advice

What point? If you mean about the criticism, you criticized them for not informing members that they were leaving when they did in fact do it in their sale threads. Did you search before making that criticism or were you just talking out your ***? Just because they are a vendor doesn't mean they should sit back and take spiteful criticism when they did in fact make the attempt to inform people beforehand.

This thread needs a lock, it is obviously done.

So your post was a waste. Sorry you're not in the secret circle.. my criticism really had nothing to do with being MIA for SEMA.
You made the comment in this thread right after you criticized his lack of making posts explaining the situation beforehand. It doesn't matter if you meant something else, that's what you stated. End of story.

If you had another story, good for you. If it isn't important enough to make a public claim about then drop it and get over it.

all I know is I didn't like strafe before for thr attitude and stuff, but after actually paying attention, they get a lot of people who haven't even worked with them just jumping into arguments because it's the "cool" thing to do, reminds me of highschool drama, just let it be, this thread was pointless, dustin and law are at sema they will be back tomorrow, keep it to PM, give them a reasonable amount of time to respond, even if they did rip you off WHICH THEY DID NOT, you can always file a claim with ur CC company, so no need to trip over it. this thread needs to be closed & keep all ur disscussions to PM, try to think why dustin and lawrence always get pissed and have an attitude, it's from dealing with people who don't read & forget that they are not the only customer, I work with people like that everyday, they think they own you because they bought somthing from you.

You're completely right about that, I'm not faulting you at all for being at SEMA. I actually saw your away posts before you left and thought you did the right thing....you gave plenty of notice of your absence. I'm just saying no need to delete a thread because a customer has a complaint about waiting 3 wks...If I were a new customer I would like to know about other customers' past experiences

Unfortunately when you're running a business the customer does own you. I had to put up with ridiculous complaints when I was managing my old store but the one thing I always remembered was that the customer paid my paycheck......your number one priority in business should be pleasing the customer (even the retarded ones)

OP next time PM Strafe before making a thread with these types of questions. Locking this up, will reopen if more discussion on this is needed.
