How long does it usually take for strafe to ship my front bumper? This is my 3rd week waiting for it. And also do they make it from scratch once you make an order it?

strafe is at sema right now so give them a little extra time, I'm sure they are going to ship out ur bumper & you will have it in no time.

This post can be useful actually.. maybe someone else didn't get their stuff and they might want to start another thread about the same thing.. this way.. if they come across this one, they will think twice..

I wouldnt delete this thread just because Strafe thinks it should be a PM....the OP has a legitimate concern. It's his 3rd week waiting and lets be honest, said company doesn't have the best customer service rep. Obviously said company thinks the OP should have raised his concerns via PM, but what ever happened to "the customer is always right"?

The real problem is the forum setup, if it could be like an email system where an automated response could automatically respond to messages it wouldn't be a problem. If a vendor doesn't have access to a computer that is what it is, if the boards had a feature for automatic responses for paying vendors it wouldn't be an issue.

And you think strafe rep sucks? Anytime I ordered a product or was even interested I was able to text Dustin on his cell and get a response, even late into the night and on weekends - much beyond normal business hours. There are vendors that are much, much, much worse. Believe me...

There's nothing wrong with creating a thread if communication between a vendor and buyer cannot be established. Since the issue was addressed and is already been taken care of, no need to delete thread, right........
