Anyone know if they make carbon fiber B pillars for the G35C?? I know Varis makes them for the 350Z, but I know someone on this forum has Carbon Fiber B pillars on his G but after running multiple searches was unable to locate his/her name and/or car. Im interested in seeing pics and I am also curious if they make them for the G??

uh..... i dont think anyone has made it nor will make it since g35's dont have that pillar on the outside like the 350z for you to put the "carbon fiber b pillar"

Would anybody be interested in the carbon fiber A pillar gauge pods? (real carbon fiber, not just sticker). It would be around $100 shipped if we produce them.

Actually if you look between the driver/passenger window and the small windows in the rear, there is a block of glass which is 'blacked out' or something to that affect on the coupe. Someone on this forum does have the CF B pillars, and they looked pretty good.

 

i wouldn't mind cf pillars...i have no use for pods at this moment. haha.

 

tkman- we are talking about the coupe not the sedan.

pdj...-also the blacked out portion you are talking about is glass. it is not the b pillar that the rest of us are talking about. i guess if you really wanted to tape a piece a carbon fiber to your window then go ahead...

 

The main reason I am inquiring about these CF pillars is exactly for that reason. I am curious as to how/why one of the members on this forum installed a CF B pillar and wanted to see pics again. I recall seeing them about 2-3 mos ago and they looked pretty nice and I was curious as to what the 'window' or glass piece would look like once the CF pillar is removed. However, since I trust bat I know he will come out w/ a quality product.

Are you sure you're not talking about C-Pillars? If so, you may have meant my car. I believe typically Sedans only have B-Pillars(the vertical post separating the front & rear window)...anyway Here's a few pics of mine, I think it gives the G more of a flowing profile. Instead of the blunt vertical line at the rear passenger window...

quick ques, what is the B pillar. isnt the A pillar the one on your left by the windshield.

 

ahhh yes, maybe it was C pillars...where can they be purchased and approx how much please??!!!
