I have noticed this on quite a few other G coupes. It is happening on only one side of my car (passenger side). I have tucked it back in but it just pops back out agin within time. I have the Elite warranty but don't think it covers trim pieces. What do you guys do for this ? Thanks.

 

Mine started doin it on the passenger side also. Just heat it up with a heat gun and take it off. It's black plastic underneath it. The material shouldn't leave any glue residue. It looks better without it IMO.

 

I would rather leave the original pad on...maybe glue ?
