I put in blue led bulbs in mine.....they were map/dome like bulbs and you need a precision scredriver to pop off the plastic cover. The biggest pain was figuring out how to squeeze your fingers in there to pop back in the bulb. The resuls are pretty cool though....some people actually thought it was underbody neon.
