It's a full bumper cover replacement.

Check out mine: (Still need to paint & install it)

How come I can't see the picture? It asks me for a user name and password when I open this thread.

You get it filled in by the body shop =)

Notice how b0hr left his tow-hook alone. The original nismo also has the tow hook in the front (you can't see it because in the picture, the Nismo front plate is covering it). But if you look at joenismo's car, he filled the tow hook in and it looks better IMO.

I really like the look of the bumper....but what provision is there if you need to tow/flat bed the car? With out the tow hook accessible, I think you would run the risk of damaging the lower valance of the bumper if the need arose......

So, you can still access your tow hook? Didn't look like the cover area was removable.....

Either way, b0hr your car looks tight....good job!

No, you cannot access the tow hook. The tow hook opening is just shaped like the Nismo one but is solid and molded to the bumper. Even if you put a hole through it, you would need to make a custom center piece that can pop on and off if you need to get to it.
