How can I get rubbed-on paint off my car?

So I have red paint on my passenger side skirt along with some hard scrapes pretty deep into it as well. It's about a month and a half old.. I was just wondering how I could get it off.

Story:
I'm ashamed of myself and call me a dumbass but what happen was I turned a corner in a parking lot along a fire lane, then a huge lifted truck came romping down the road, I stopped mid-turn to let him fly by but he stopped and waved at me to go.. then I forgot how far into the turn I was so I cut too soon to the right and mounted myself on the lane. It sounded really bad.. but when I got out to check for damages I saw nothing. Wheels were untouched, and rear bumper was still attached. Then a few days ago I was scrubbing down my car and found the damage.

Clay bar, then compound, then polish. Depending on how thick the transfer is, you might need a couple passes of the compound - depends on abrasiveness of the compound itself too.

^ +1. Also, if its just paint and not too deep into the clear, you may be able to get a bunch off with rubbing alcohol (yes, it sounds weird ). Pour a liberal amount on a cloth and rub the affected area. This has worked for me a bunch of times to get random scuffs off my side skirts and doors. Just be sure to wash the area with soap/water afterwards and apply a coat of wax.

I'm actually going to try this first lol just cause I have rubbing alcohol and no clay bars
I'm definitely going to go rub alcohol on all of my scuffs now just to see if I can get anything out HAHA. Thank you as well, sir.

Went with the rubbing alcohol.. everything came off. It is so amazing!
I applied it on to my hit and run dent and almost all of the black stuff on it came off, so now from far away you can barely see the dent. Then I put it on this huge scratch I had, caused by a backpack zipper being rubbed onto the quarter panel.. it came off as well. I suggest it to everyone!
