Gear Selector Dash Light

Couldn't find in the service manuals.... anyone have procedures to get to the back of the dash? My gear selector dash light blew.

A few options... you can download the service manuals here, but you'll need to follow about four different sections, and they're kind of hard to follow.

I did find a few youtube vids of dash removal (can't hit youtube from work, or I'd post the link).
It's much easier that it appears through the manuals.
