Let's see:
You bought a used car, as is. They did not deliver on the deal, as promised. You seemed to be in a hurry and accepted the car as it was. You did not fully inspect the car before purchase. Later, now that you have found problems you want to take it back to the original, out of state dealership?

May I ask if the car is still under warranty or did you purchase as is?

Geee I don't know where I got the idea that your not reporting your winnings. You go to Vegas in a $600 car and come home with a used 25K car. You paid taxes on the car, but what about your winnings?

Calm down I was joking, unless you didn't report your earnings then...... you might not have to worry about that headlight after all

Don't bite the hands of the few who might believe your story......besides you have 11 posts you fall under NEWBIE rules!

Sorry Bro. But I won some money in vegas on the Roulette table, your odds are 1 to 36, I being a person of chance, i put a grand on a single number. I got lucky and hit it. they took me into an office, sat me down Took out a Nevada State gaming tax, and a Arizona federal tax. and cut me a check. I went to the bank, Deposited the money and went out looking at cars and found a G35 that I had to have. Now My delima is, one headlight is an HID and one is a Regular headlight. I need to know if anyone has took the headlights out of this Vehicle. Because I do Not what to F up a Brand new Car. and why pay a 85 dollar shop rate. when I can "if easy enough" do it my self. Thanks

Okay.... Your problem just got worse....

If they replaced your headlight w/ 2003 halogen, its not just about taking the headlight out. Your missing a HID ballast w/ built in ignitor and a HID bulb. To match the other HID bulb you looking a $100.00 just in HID bulbs. A ballast w/ignitor $115.00. Pay about another $40 for extra parts and shipping you got screwed out of about $255.00 just in equp.

Fight the dealer!

Well, what you need to do is remove the front bumper. I believe the DIY section, has instructions for that. You start by opening the hood and unbuttoning the grill, and removing all the screws in the wheel wells, and defuser pannel under the front.

Once you do that you can unbolt the three bolts holding the lights in.

10mm socket will come in handy! & a nice flathead!

If it is under warranty, just take it to your nearest dealer.

You are so adamant about fixing the headlights that you don't seem to realize that you have been cheated. Write down your arguments, present them to the dealer, and then if they refuse, tell them you will send for your lawyer. Do not give us that crap about the other dealership being too far away, if you are willing to spend 30K on car, then your *** better be willing to spend 250 bucks and go get everything straightened out. Do not let them bully you like this.
