Eugene, you should have read my 168 review. At least the PIAA hex LED model (which has 6 small flat LED bulbs) is not very bright compared to the standard PIAA dual LEDs. The brightest so far is the 9 medium LED bulb made by generic brands.
The tint melting issue could have a lot to do with handling the bulb without using clean latex gloves. Residue (oil, smudge, junk) on your finger could cause premature bulb failure.

yea i made sure i installed without touching the bulb about a year ago...but may be the dirt or something got to the bulb over time.
So far with the new Raybrig 6 LED bulb its bright much brighter than the PIAA i had and the color is great but due to the nature of the LED there is a hot spot on the clear corner now... i will get some pics later when i install the rest

do you know any way to clean the bulbs (LED & H4 )before i install them? coz im gonna install some PIAA H4 fog/high bulbs too
You don't have to worry about the LEDs as they don't get warm. The H4s I would just refrain from touching them to begin with. I cleaned my H4 with some alcohol, but that's because my bulb was not tinted like most aftermarket bulbs.
