You want the look but you don't want to do it right? The first post mentioning Plasti-Dip just ruined this thread! Yea, you're just 17 and we all made terrible mistakes at that age. With the knowledge you can gain by reading all the stickys using our Search function you can do the mod thing right...it will just take longer! You might be able to do the body and lowering for $8K, less if you buy used wheels and coilovers. Have the wheels powder coated and don't allow Plasti-Dip to be part of your vocabulary!

Wow, did you really post a picture of a G35 with high end modifications then ask everyone how you can replicate with cheap ebay parts and plastidip? You sir have shattered what little faith I had in this community.

But if you really want to know how much it would cost
-HRE C20 wheels with custom finish - 5000
-Tires - 1200
-Custom paint job - 3000
-Custom headlights - 1000
-Greddy sideskirts - 1000
-Megan Coilovers - 800
-Chargespeed rear bumper - 1000
Looking around 13k.

Thanks to everyone actually giving me sensible information. I knew I couldn't pull something like this for cheap. But, I could build my way up to it. Everyone else that is criticizing can just gtfo. I understand I'm new to cars and I'm just trying to learn. I guarantee none of you were instantly amazing at this at my age.

Only if you get the HRE branded plastidip.

Welcome! First off you made the mistake of posting your age (I did that too, i bought {not my parents}my G when i was 19). That is a big no no unless you cant get it up anymore, but oh well. Secondly, i suggest owning your G for a year before doing any major modifications so you can get to know the car and all the possibilities before you copy other GDrivers. I suggest the basic LED interior swap, clear corners, ect. Then make useful modifications like '06+ projector headlights as a starter. If you have the money research and commit to doing a good suspension/wheel combo. This is where you don't want to cheap out on or your whole car will be half-as*looking. Crazy body kits are cool when you are 17, but if you are going to drop 10-15k on modifications make sure to keep it practical and 'clean' cause this will prolly be your daily driver for a loooong time. Stay away from rattle can grilles and Plasti-dipped wheels. These products have their places, but it is generally not on a car that you want to look proffessionally built. Most importantly remember that all the nice cars on here were not built overnight, and i suggest spending some quality time on this forum before making any decisions.

Great thread and cool looking white G35. I've always liked the Greddy sides.. The responses here have given me a good laugh. Tough crowd!! Not to worry, the wheels I love (G10) were too expensive so I found something similar that I have been really happy with. Don't worry what other people say.
