'03 Coupe Crazy Gauges

After filling up with gas one day, I noticed that all of my gauges are in spots that they should not be. I've put the gauges into the diagnostic sweep mode and they fail the test.

Am I able to use an 04 Coupe gauge cluster, or do I need to specifically stick to an 03 Coupe , AT w/ NAV?

I found lots of 2004 gauge clusters on ebay, and they lump them in there with the 2003 model. So do I need *exact* replacement?

Have you tried disconnecting your battery for 15 minutes and then checking the gauges again?

Ahh dang! That sometimes fixes it!

Have you taken it to your dealer to see if they can reset it?

Good god! I suggest looking for a new dealer!

You probably will need a new cluster, but I wouldn't go through them

Got another project to do. My radio and A/C control have been out for the past two years. I just read about the solder points that need to be re-soldered. Pretty excited to do that as well. After this it will be like having a new car again.

Lol, especially if you put a new gauge cluster in and don't change the odometer

Hah yeah! The gauge cluster I bought is within 2200 miles on my current one. Not in my favor though.
