Difference between stock and nismo diffuser?

Hey I was looking up the nismo diffuser but its extremely difficult to tell what the difference is, can anyone clarify for me? I've pulling up pictures left and right and was about to buy one but now can't justify buying it because it looks the same to me but just carbon fiber. Not sure if the CF would look good on a Obsidian Black car either, any thoughts before I pull the trigger and get it?

I guess it looks like it does, never notice, so i guess the last question i have is if the the carbon fiber fits well as the only cf piece on a obsidian black coupe haha. Thanks for making me feel stupid :S

I don't seem to have any pictures of the diffuser itself, but you should be able to tell the difference in these pics on my car:
