I just noticed tonight that in the driver's side headlamp, the fog light and circular amber bulb are not lit when i put the lights on. strangely though, when i flip on the high beams, both of the fog/high bulbs work. similarly, if i flip on the left blinker, the amber circle blinks normally. any thoughts?

i was thinking maybe there was a separate fuse for these bulbs in their "running" mode (low beam fog light and amber running light) separate from their high beam and blinker functions?

 

The fog light and high beam are the same bulb (H4) with two filaments. The fog light filament is burned out on the driver's side. I doubt that is related to the blinker problem.
