Can someone explain how to remove the half moon shaped cowl that sits above the driver instrument cluster on my '05 G35x sedan? It vibrates when I drive on a less than smooth street. I'm hoping its a simple case of the cowl not mounted tight or correctly.

Push down on it. Otherwise look into the factory service manual.
