only seen one car with it... anyone know where i could get my hands on a black metallic mt fuji for the front grill?

 

infinti emblem i think you can get from the dealer, dunno bout the fuji

 

oh i'm just looking for the mt. fuji emblem in black metallic not the "infiniti". the one time i did see it, it was on someone's black g35c at the tustin dealership. looked very clean, it is the same color as the stock front grill, i.e. a few tints darker than the stock mt. fuji emblem.

 

Its called "Black Pearl" everythingg35.com has the enitre set for like $199 or some outrageous price???

Yea I've been trying to find these for quite a while too, but they're really expensive! Cheapest price I've came across thus far has been $179. Any sites I should check?

Because it's a low-volume product with a limited number of places you can buy it from. You can always do it yourself or get it done custom.

 

how do you do it yourself? or where can you get it done? anyone know of a place in orange county that does it?

 

a friend and i have tried it using metallic paint and window tint (same one we used to tint our sidemarkers). they came out pretty nice, but were a bit speckled up close. a good cleaning and some sanding would probably get rid of that.

 

I came across a site that offers DIY kits for this type of thing. No word on price yet, but as soon as I hear back I'll be sure to post.
